Khoo Sain Ban was born in Rangoon, 1882. Son of the late Khoo Gan, pioneer merchant of Rangoon. Educated at St. Paul’s High School, Rangoon. Married. One of the trustees of the Chinese Boys’ School, and Vice-President of the Hockian Chinese Association. Recreation: Tennis. Permanent Address: “Ashton” 22, Kokine Road, Rangoon.
