သမီးဖြစ်သူ ဒေါက်တာဒေါ်ပိုပိုသည် တရုတ်သူဌေးကြီး လင်ချင်ချောင်း ၏ မြေး (Margaret Chin Tsong + Dr. Teoh Kyee Lwin တို့၏သား) ဖြစ်သူ ဆေးတက္ကသိုလ်(၁) ရန်ကုန်၏ ဆေးပညာဌာနမှူးဟောင်း ဆရာကြီး ဒေါက်တာဦးစံလွင် (ခ) “Ronald Kyi Lwin” နှင့် အကြောင်းပါခဲ့ပြီး ယင်းတို့နှစ်ဦးမှ သွားအထူးကုဆရာဝန်ကြီး (ဒေါက်တာအောင်ဇော်လွင်) နှင့် သမီးဖြစ်သူ ရန်ကုန်ကွန်ပျူတာတက္ကသိုလ် ပါမောက္ခဟောင်း (ဒေါ်တင်မေလွင်) တို့ နှစ်ဦးကို ဖွားမြင်ခဲ့သည်။ ဆရာမကြီး ဒေါ်တင်မေလွင်သည် သွားနှင့်ခံတွင်းဆေးတက္ကသိုလ် (ရန်ကုန်) ၏ ပါမောက္ခ(ငြိမ်း) ဒေါက်တာဦးသိန်းထွဋ်နှင့် လက်ထပ်ခဲ့ပြီး သားဖြစ်သူ ဦးနေထွဋ်ခိုင် နှင့် သမီးဖြစ်သူ ဒေါ်နှင်းပွင့်ဖြူလွင်တို့ကို မွေးဖွားခဲ့သည်။
